What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle energy healing modality. It’s form of spiritual healing using “universal life energy” channeled through the practitioner to the recipient. Reiki helps to harmonize body, mind and spirit for yourself or anyone you want to help.
Why Reiki?
Reiki can assist with many ailments like reducing stress, relieving pain, headaches, stomach
upsets, back problems, asthma – respiratory problems, hormonal imbalances, menstrual
problems, sinus, anxiety, emotional release, sleep issues, aids meditation, spiritual connection and much more.
Reiki Training…
How far you choose to take your study & practice of Reiki is up to you.
Some people are very happy with Reiki 1 as this is the path to self- healing & self- empowerment.
Others come back to learn Reiki 2 as this level of learning gives them the knowledge of distant healing and extra tools for assisting others to heal themselves and can register as a practitioner and gain accreditation with Reiki Associations in Australia.
In the west we tend to split the Reiki Master level into 2 – Reiki 3a & Reiki 3b. So if you wish to receive the Reiki Master level Attunement and the Master teachings then you would study this as Reiki 3a.
Reiki 3b is the Master / Teacher level and is for those who wish to deepen their personal practice and learn the tools to become a Reiki teacher.

Reiki 1 – Beginner Course
First Teachings
Reiki 1 is a simple and practical look into understanding Reiki and it’s benefits. During this course you’ll start your personal connection with Reiki through hands on practice, plus you’ll receive some beautiful Reiki too!

– History of Reiki
– The 5 Reiki Principles
– Hand Positions of Reiki
– Learn how to give yourself some healing
– learn how to give others a beautiful healing session
– Hands on practice giving Reiki (& receiving too!)
– Meditations
– Learn Techniques
– Reiki Attunement / Reiju
– Reiki 1 Certificate
– Comprehensive Manual & lineage (so you can take home & review as needed)

Reiki 2 – Practitioner Course
Deeper Knowledge
Reiki 2 brings “hidden teachings” or “inner knowledge” of Reiki. You will learn 3 of the Usui Reiki symbols and how to use them. You will also learn methods of sending Reiki to people who are not physically present.

– Learn & use the 3 x Sacred Usui Symbols
– How to perform distant healing
– Meditations
– Hands on practice giving Reiki (& receiving too!)
– Reiki Techniques
– Reiki 2 Attunement / Reiju
– Reiki 2 Certificate

Reiki 3a – Master Practitioner
Mystery Teachings
Reiki 3a certifies you as a Reiki Master but this does not mean that you need to be working as a ‘healer’ to complete this level of training.
You’ll learn the fourth sacred Reiki symbol. This level is for students looking to deepen their spiritual practice. As this course forms part of the Master Teacher training, it is a prerequisite for those wishing to continue on to the Reiki 3b Master Teacher Course.

– Advanced Reiki Techniques
– Reiki 3 Attunement / Reiju
– Advanced Practitioner Skills Guidelines

Reiki 3b – Master Teacher
Learn to Teach Others
Reiki 3b is for students who choose to continue on and become certified as a Reiki Teacher. This course will show you how to teach Reiki. All Reiki 3b graduates will receive copies of all Reiki 1, 2 & 3 manuals to use in their own teaching practice which can be printed to give to their students.

– Review of previous Reiki levels
– Hands on practice giving Reiki (& receiving too!)
– Preparation for performing Reiju / Attunements
– Perform Western Lineage Reiju
– How to Facilitate a Reiki Class
– Code of Ethics – Reiki Master
– Reiki Master Teacher Certificate
– Full Set of Teaching Manuals in pdf
