Products & Services

By continuing to work with Melissa Krestensen or any practitioner/employee working alongside Melissa, you consent to and understand that energy healing, yoga, tantra, meditation and any service or product from Melissa Krestensen or any practitioner/employee working alongside Melissa is of a therapeutic nature only. It is not of a diagnostic or curative approach. The practitioner is not a medically licensed physician and therefore and suggestions and recommendations made by the practitioner are not a substitute for prompt medical attention. Clients should continue to see their health care provider and should not stop prescribed medications.

The practitioner provides no guarantee of the results from a treatment/session. The practitioner is not responsible for the misuse of suggestions and comments for the relief or lack of relief of symptoms. The practitioner accepts no responsibility for the client.

Price and Payment

Payment must be paid prior to postage of products. Payment must be paid prior to service being completed (cash on the day or payment via online booking software is accepted). Payment plans are available and can be arranged with Melissa Krestensen.

If you need to cancel your appointment (coaching/healing session), please do so at your earliest convenience. Email melissa@melissakrestensen.com.au

If you are cancelling or rescheduling an appointment (coaching/healing session) within 24 hours of the appointment, we reserve the right to retain a $50 booking and administration fee. You can reschedule your appointment through the online booking system, the link can be found in your original booking.

We will contact you at the date and time chosen by you when you made your booking.

Should contact not be made successfully within the first 5 minutes of your scheduled time, it will be treated as a missed appointment in accordance with our Cancellation Policy set out below.

Missed appointments with no notification, will be charged at the full price of the originally booked appointment.

Melissa Krestensen, reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any appointment.

Cancellation policy for events/classes/workshops/courses/programs/groups/retreats.

Events/workshops/classes/courses/programs/groups/retreats run by Melissa Krestensen are crafted and tailored for intimate groups with specific interests and gifts. As such it is at best difficult to find replacement participants at short notice. An Event/Workshop Cancellation policy exists to ensure that workshops/event can still go ahead for the benefit of other participants but also not run at a loss if participants pull out after the event is scheduled and confirmed.


Deposit is due at the time of booking to hold your place.

This deposit is strictly non-refundable unless otherwise indicated.

Facilitator Cancels Event:

100% Refund including Deposit Refund.


If, after booking an event you are unable to attend, you are welcome to nominate someone else to attend in your place so long as they meet the criteria of the workshop/Event. Please advise substitutions in writing prior to the event.

1. Cancellation more than 30 days before the event: 100% Balance Refund, Deposit Non Refundable

2. Cancellation less than 30 days: No Refund

3. Cancellation must be in writing.

In the event that you have registered to attend but made arrangements to pay on the day and you are not able to attend, then please note that you are still liable to the above mentioned terms and conditions of the Cancellation Policy. An invoice will be forwarded to you with the amount owing.


Products purchased are for delivery within Australia only.

Melissa Krestensen does not take any responsibility for wrong address information.

For Services, you may enter the business premises only during the duration of your booked session and/or event. Bookings are essential. Melissa Krestensen reserves the right to decline access to the business premises at any given moment.

Dispute Resolution Process

If there is a dispute, you agree to first contact Melissa Krestensen via written communication to start a dispute resolution process.

Refund Policy for Products and Services

No refunds will be given on products purchased. If product is damaged during delivery, you will be issued a credit to be used for another product or service.

No refunds will be given post session. Rescheduling a session can be done during a session, only if both practitioner and client agree it's in the best interest.

Recordings of Quantum Healings: Quantum Healing Sessions can be recorded but technology on the day can not be guaranteed. No refund given if recording for whatever reason does not record.

Refunds for online courses will only be considered within 24 hours of purchasing. No refunds will be given after the 24 hour period.

No refunds for events/classes/workshops/courses. Please refer to Cancellation policy for events/classes/workshops/courses.

Service Guarantee for Quantum Healing

To qualify for the service guarantee, clients must express their dissatisfaction at the end of their Quantum Healing session.

Upon expressing dissatisfaction, clients are entitled to reschedule another session at no additional cost but must be booked on the spot.

The rescheduled session must be booked within [14 days] from the date of the original session.

This service guarantee is valid for one rescheduled session per client.

The rescheduled session is subject to availability and must be booked with the same practitioner. Melissa Krestensen reserves the right to modify or terminate this service guarantee at any time without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

Melissa Krestensen or any practitioner/employee working alongside Melissa, is not liable for what happens in your life. You consent to full responsibility when working with Melissa Krestensen or any practitioner/employee working alongside Melissa.

Online Programs or Courses

No refunds will be given on programs or courses after 24 hours of purchasing.

Payment Plans: If you are on a payment plan, payment plans must be upheld to the agreed plan. If for whatever reasons you fail to make payments, your service/program/course may be cancelled and your bill will be forwarded to a company for collections.


In regards to the 12 x monthly calls, only 1 call to be taken each month. Calls CAN NOT be rolled over to another month. If you fail to book in for that month, you forfeit your call.
