One of the best classes I've ever been to!
That's the most relaxed I've felt in a long time.
Beautiful studio and stunning outlook.
Choose from two small-group classes each week in my peaceful Tuggerah studio.
A supportive morning practice designed to help you move, breathe, build strength and start your week feeling more grounded.
A nourishing midweek practice with movement and breath to help you reconnect with your body and leave feeling calmer and refreshed.
Come casually or save with a class pass.
Classes blend flowing movement, breath, strength and mobility in a supportive practice that you can adapt to suit your own body and energy on the day.
From complete beginners to regular students, I want the studio to feel like a place where you can move at your own pace, breathe and simply enjoy being in your body.
Nothing complicated. Just come comfortably dressed, give yourself a few minutes to settle in and I'll guide you from there.
Give yourself a little time to arrive, settle in and get comfortable before class.
Choose clothes you can move in and bring a water bottle. Nothing fancy needed.
No experience or flexibility needed. Options are offered throughout class.
If you're thinking about joining a yoga class in my Tuggerah studio, here are some of the questions people often have before coming along.
Classes are held in my private yoga studio in Tuggerah on the Central Coast NSW. It's a small, peaceful studio surrounded by trees and rainforest views, creating a beautiful space to move, breathe and slow down.
Yes. Beginners are very welcome. You don't need to know the poses, be particularly flexible or have practised yoga before. Options are offered throughout class so you can work with your own body and move at your own pace.
My regular weekly classes are Vinyasa Yoga — a flowing style of yoga that combines movement and breath while supporting strength, mobility, balance and connection with your body.
I don't currently offer a weekly Yin Yoga class. Yin is instead woven into selected Night of Bliss evenings, which combine gentle Yin Yoga, meditation, relaxation and sound healing. View upcoming experiences →
