A deeper approach to relationship counselling
Most couples don’t come to counselling because they’ve stopped caring. Often, they’ve already tried talking, compromising and promising to do things differently — only to find themselves back in the same patterns.
That’s because what happens between two people is often deeper than the words being said.
Stress, past experiences, unmet needs, protective responses and the way each person’s nervous system reacts can all influence how you communicate, connect and repair after conflict.
My approach looks at the whole relationship.
Alongside counselling, I draw on more than 10 years of experience in emotional healing, nervous system work, embodiment and relationships to help you understand what is happening underneath the pattern — not simply who is right or wrong.
Together, we work towards greater understanding, emotional safety, connection and meaningful change that can actually carry into everyday life.
