Looking after everyone else.
Overthinking every conversation.
Feeling guilty when you rest.
Wondering why your mind won't switch off.
Trying so hard to be everything for everyone.
If that feels familiar...
I want you to know something.
You are not broken.
Your nervous system has simply been trying to protect you.
And it can learn to feel safe again.

Safe to Soften was created to give you something practical to come back to when you feel overwhelmed, flat, disconnected or simply need a little support returning to yourself.
I recently bought and downloaded Mel’s Safe To Soften workbook and the Guided Nervous System Reset Meditation… All I can say is WOW!!!
I was having a moment one morning where I just felt like I did not want to get up and just wanted to sleep all day. The thing is that I had Pilates booked in, needed to walk my doggo, had a hair appointment and then an afternoon booked in with some of my WC girls at the nail salon and movies. Not things I wanted to miss out on 🙄
So I put my eye mask on and completed this meditation. Honestly it felt like I had woken up again and just got up and went about my day with a completely different mindset.
Best 11 minutes you can put aside for yourself. I highly recommend it and know I will keep it in my downloads and use it over and over again.
Thank you Mel 💛🙏🏽🌻
