By continuing to work with Melissa Krestensen or any of her practitioners/employees, you acknowledge and understand that the services provided, including energy healing, yoga, tantra, meditation, or any other product or service, are therapeutic in nature. They are not intended as a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. The practitioner is not a licensed medical professional, and any recommendations made should not replace professional medical advice. Always consult with your healthcare provider before making changes to your treatment plan. The practitioner does not guarantee results, and you are fully responsible for the use or misuse of any services or suggestions provided.
Payment & Pricing
Payment for products must be made in full before dispatch. For services, payment must be made prior to completion, either via online booking or in person (cash on the day). Payment plans are available—please email

Cancellation Policy for Sessions
If you need to cancel a session (coaching or healing), please notify us as soon as possible via email at melissa@melissakrestensen.com.au.
If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, a $50 booking and administration fee will apply.
Missed appointments without prior notification will be charged in full for the original session.
We will attempt to contact you at the scheduled time, and if no contact is made within the first 5 minutes, it will be treated as a missed appointment.
Cancellation Policy for Events/Workshops/Classes
Deposit: A deposit is required to secure your place, which is non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
Facilitator Cancels Event: 100% refund, including the deposit.
Substitution: You may transfer your place to someone else if they meet the event criteria. Please inform us in writing prior to the event.
Cancellations:
More than 30 days before the event: 100% balance refund (deposit non-refundable).
Less than 30 days before the event: No refund.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Delivery & Services Access
Products: Delivery is only available within Australia. We are not responsible for incorrect address details provided by you.
Services: Access to the premises is only allowed during your booked session, class or event. Bookings are required. We reserve the right to decline access at any time.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, please contact Melissa Krestensen in writing to initiate a dispute resolution process.
Refund Policy
Products: No refunds will be given for purchased products. If a product is damaged during delivery, you will be issued a credit for another product or service
Services: No refunds will be issued post-session. Rescheduling may be possible with mutual agreement.
Quantum Healing Recordings: Recordings may be made of Quantum Healing Sessions, but technology cannot be guaranteed. No refund will be given if the session is not recorded.
Online Courses: Once purchased, no refunds will be given for online courses.
We encourage you to carefully review the course details and ensure it aligns with your needs before completing your purchase.
Events: No refunds for events, workshops, classes, courses, or programs. Please refer to the cancellation policy for these.
Service Guarantee for Quantum Healing
If you are dissatisfied with your Quantum Healing session, you must express this dissatisfaction at the end of the session to qualify for a free rescheduled session. This rescheduled session must be booked on the same day and within 14 days of the original session. This guarantee applies only to one rescheduled session per client. The guarantee is subject to availability and must be booked with the same practitioner.
Limitation of Liability
Melissa Krestensen or any practitioner/employee working alongside Melissa is not liable for the outcomes in your personal life or business. You assume full responsibility for the actions you take based on the services provided.
Online Programs & Payment Plans
No refunds will be issued for online programs or courses after 24 hours of purchase.
Payment plans must be adhered to. Failure to make payments as agreed may result in cancellation of your service/program/course, and outstanding balances will be forwarded to collections.
Course Access and Content
Access Restrictions: Your access to the course is personal and non-transferable. Sharing your login credentials or distributing course content is prohibited.
Technical Issues: While we strive to provide uninterrupted access, we cannot guarantee that the course content will always be available without technical difficulties. If you experience issues, please reach out to us, and we will assist you as soon as possible.
Course Completion and Certification
Completion Requirements: For courses that offer a certificate of completion, you must complete the course in its entirety to receive certification.
No Guarantee of Results: While we provide the tools and support for you to succeed, results from completing the course may vary based on individual effort and circumstances. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
Course Modifications
Right to Modify: Melissa Krestensen reserves the right to modify, update, or change the course content at any time to ensure its relevance and quality.
Content Availability: Some courses may be updated or revised periodically.
Intellectual Property
Ownership: All course materials, including videos, worksheets, and any other resources, are the intellectual property of Melissa Krestensen. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any part of the course without prior written consent.
Accountability and Responsibility
Your Responsibility: While we provide you with the tools and guidance, your success depends on your effort and participation.
Feedback and Support: We encourage feedback and are happy to support you with any questions. However, we do not guarantee that all issues will be resolved to your satisfaction beyond the scope of the course.
Code of Conduct & Removal from Courses/Events
Respectful Behavior: By purchasing a course or attending a session, class or an event, you agree to maintain a respectful and professional attitude toward Melissa Krestensen, any practitioners, and other participants.
Prohibited Behavior: Slander, defamation, harassment, or any other form of inappropriate conduct towards the business, its staff, or participants will not be tolerated.
Removal from Courses/Events/Sessions: If you engage in behavior deemed harmful or disruptive, including slander or any defamation of Melissa Krestensen or her business, you may be removed from the course, event, or program without a refund.
No Refund: In the event of removal, you acknowledge that no refund will be provided for any products, services, or fees already paid.
No Transfer of Rights
Non-Transferability: Your rights to access courses, services, or events are personal and cannot be transferred, shared, or resold without prior written consent from Melissa Krestensen. Any unauthorized use may result in removal from the course or event, and a violation of intellectual property laws.
Privacy and Data Protection
